ArDan Construction has a project-engineering and estimating department that helps assemble the nuts and bolts of each project.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Meeting with new clients and engaging them in our Pre-Construction Agreement
- Assembling the design team and overseeing the design process through contract
- Establish the initial scope of work and budget that best fits our client’s individual needs
- Maintaining client relationships throughout the build of the project and after the project is completed. We believe in establishing client relationships for life!

- Base Salary + Commission
- Annual Earnings of $60k-120k+

- Customer Service
- Relationship building! This is really important; we believe that a great relationship is better than an awesome project to build. If we are not a good fit for the project, then we want to guide our clients on the best path for them.
