We are preparing this home for move-in! The final details really make this project come together. Plus, take a look at the amazing views off the back patio!
Today, countertops are getting installed! The quartz countertops are pre-fabricated off-site, based on a template of each space. On install day, you can see that it takes many hands to lift the heavy tops precisely in place. The tile in the showers and bathrooms is progressing nicely, and we are getting close to wrapping this project up!
Today the final coat of the synthetic stucco system is getting applied on the exterior of this beautiful custom home! Synthetic stucco, sometimes also called acrylic or elastomeric stucco is a great option to consider here in Arizona. We like using it because it is more crack resistant and longer-lasting than traditional stucco, and it also saves a step (you don’t have to paint!!) in the build process. It is pre-ordered in a custom color and is hand applied with a trowel for a consistent finish.
This is a dusty and messy process, today is insulation day at our new build project in North Phoenix! This is the last step before drywall, and this means that all of our electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are installed in the walls and ceilings and ready to be covered up! We are utilizing blown-in cellulose insulation on the exterior walls of this home, and fiberglass batt insulation on the interior walls for sound deadening.
Truss Day! Today our framers are setting the roof trusses. This is always an exciting day, as you start to see the home’s elevation take shape!
Today let’s take a little bit closer look behind the scenes as we pump the concrete for the main house slab!
It’s concrete day!! Today we started placing the concrete for the garage and patio slabs. Check out the surrounding views of this beautiful home site!
