Converting the Space: Challenges and Solutions
Every spa remodel project has unique requirements, and this one was no exception. The original space was designed as standard office suites, complete with basic electrical and plumbing configurations. Our primary challenge was converting this space to accommodate seven specialized treatment rooms. Each room needed dedicated plumbing for individual sinks and customized electrical solutions with in-floor receptacles—features rarely found in standard office settings.
To achieve this, extensive concrete saw-cutting was required to run new plumbing lines beneath the floor. This phase of the remodel demanded precision and careful coordination, ensuring no structural integrity was compromised. In addition, relocating the electrical infrastructure involved careful planning, precision craftsmanship, and consistent communication with our client’s architect and interior designer.
