Over the last decade, our team has been crafting our process carefully with our client in mind. Here's how it works.
After an initial phone call, we like to set up a consultation where we will spend an hour and a half together at your home, learning more about your project and priorities. During this meeting, we will dive deeper into the details of your project and discuss budget ranges.
Often, if we mutually decide that we are a good fit, our representative will suggest that we work under a retainer, or Professional Services Agreement. Simply, we charge a fee to go through design, specs, and proposal formulation. The agreement would allow our team to dig deeper into what your project truly entails and present you with a very accurate proposal. If you decide to move forward with us, the fee is credited toward the cost of the project.
Once you receive your proposal and sign it, then your project will be assigned to a Project Specialist. The Project Specialist will move forward with scheduling, sub-contractors, material purchasing, and much more. Soon after, construction will begin and your dream will begin to take shape.
