Full-House Bathroom Design with Small-Space as a Focus
Recently, ArDan Construction has finished an interesting remodeling project in a Phoenix house where a homeowner desired to remodel all four of his bathrooms simultaneously. ArDan developed seamless, relaxing environment throughout the house and demonstrate that even small bathrooms can be turned into beautiful, spa like retreats.
Creativity to establish a Consistent and Peaceful Design
The home owner was looking to create a seamless appearance that would lead to a smooth flow between bathrooms. Towards this end, we have provided a soothing color scheme of soft blues, grays and whites, which are relaxing and peaceful tones. This way created an illusion of increasing the size of smaller bathrooms and also united all areas, bringing harmony to the house.
Intelligent, Fashionable Material Choices
Selection of materials was an important aspect in enhancing the aesthetics but considering the functionality. Even in small areas we used quality materials and finishing to give us a high end feel:
Cabinetry: Starmark Bridgeport Maple Full Overlay Cabinet Doors in Blueberry, Capri, and Peppercorn offer on-trend storage in color.
Flooring and Wall Tile: The backdrop of every bathroom is an Arizona Tile Cala Lenci Polished 12×24 tile, which to me is a fairly sleek and modern design.
Accent Tile: To put some interest in the showers and to have some texture added to them, Paloma Cotton Glossy 3×6 tiles in a Herringbone pattern have been laid over the showers.
Mirrors: Uttermost Cabell 40×42 Round Gold Mirrors bring in class and coziness.
Fixtures: Kohler Purist and Delta Trinsic lines Vibrant Brushed Moderne Brass and Champagne Bronze finish adds luxurious and harmonious effect.
Efficiency with Real Time Remodeling
The homeowner decided to redesign all four bathrooms at once instead of doing each individually, something that greatly improved efficiency. This smooth flow of a timeline reduced the interference with everyday life and made sure all the elements of design were the same throughout the spaces.
ArDan Construction coordinated trades and installations due to its ability to take the project on at the same time, and saved the client time.
Bathrooms of a modest size, large design perception
Both bathrooms are small, but with careful planning of the layout and the judicious use of color and light, each one of them offers a roomy atmosphere. Mirrors are used to reflect natural and artificial light to make the rooms look bigger, and wall-mounted fixtures and floating vanities allow maximizing floor space.
The spa-like atmosphere was created through layering texture, finish, and tone in a manner that is relaxing yet elegant. The herringbone tile work, the brushed metal finishes, and every other detail have been selected to make the small bathroom experience even better.
An end-to-end Client-Focused Process
The ability to listen to our clients is of great concern to us at ArDan Construction. We were able to interpret the homeowner’s need to have a peaceful and harmonious bathroom into a final product that was better than she expected in this bathroom remodel. The interaction between our design and construction teams went well to make every bathroom not only functional, but also comfortable.
