Our North Scottsdale client envisioned a comprehensive remodel that would seamlessly blend elegance, functionality, and modern design across the entire home. With a focus on the kitchen, laundry room, master and half bathrooms, and living room, our goal was to elevate each space while creating a cohesive and inviting flow from one area to the next.
In the kitchen, high-quality materials and thoughtfully chosen finishes brought a contemporary yet warm aesthetic. We selected durable LX Hausys countertops, known for their sophisticated appearance and resilience, which were paired with a sleek Franke sink that enhances both function and style. Starmark cabinetry adds ample storage and a custom feel, while the Arizona Tile backsplash introduces texture and visual interest, perfectly complementing the other elements in the kitchen.
The bathrooms were transformed to create a luxurious yet serene environment. LX Hausys countertops in each bathroom bring continuity to the design, while Kohler sinks offer a combination of style and functionality. The master bathroom stands out with a stunning Victoria and Albert bathtub, a high-end addition that adds spa-like luxury to the space, while the other bathroom features a Hydrosystems bathtub, adding comfort and elegance. These upgrades offer a sense of indulgence and tranquility, making each bathroom a retreat within the home.
Throughout the home, we prioritized a layout that maximizes spatial flow and open transitions, creating an inviting ambiance from the entryway through the main living areas.
