The layout was refined to improve circulation and functionality, including shortening the island and relocating island plumbing to better support daily use and entertaining. Existing pantry cabinetry was preserved and upgraded with custom pull-out storage solutions, maximizing efficiency while maintaining continuity with the home’s original design intent.
New custom cabinetry was installed with a two-tone approach, blending warm finishes at the perimeter with a contrasting island finish for depth and visual interest. The kitchen was further enhanced with new stone countertops, finished with refined edge detailing, and a vertically stacked tile backsplash that adds texture without overpowering the space. Plumbing upgrades included dual sink installations, premium fixtures, and the addition of a recirculation line for improved performance.
