Our recent luxury condo remodel in Scottsdale, AZ, elevated the space with premium finishes, modern design, and enhanced functionality. The goal was to craft a sophisticated yet practical living environment. By using high-end materials and ensuring a cohesive design across the kitchen and two bathrooms, we created a home that perfectly reflects the client’s vision.
In the kitchen, we began by installing a Kraus sink, selected for its sleek satin finish and durability, complete with a basin rack, basket strainer, cutting board, and disposal. The sink pairs beautifully with Calacatta Idillio countertops, featuring a square eased edge and waterfall ends at the peninsula, adding both elegance and resilience. We replaced the cabinet drawer fronts and doors with custom Tafisa Stargazer finishes, optimizing storage by fabricating a new cabinet with a trash pullout at the former trash compactor location. The backsplash features Anthology Seasons Frost tiles in an offset pattern, adding texture and a modern touch to the space.
The master bathroom was transformed into a spa-like retreat with a Signature Hardware oval soaking tub, complemented by a Brizo Litze floor-mounted tub filler. The shower features Durango Bone Ceramic wall tiles and Porcelanosa Paradise Arrow Blanco mosaic tiles on the floor, curb, and niche, with a Brizo showerhead. A Restoration Hardware double floating vanity with a Viatera Minuet countertop adds both style and functionality. The space is illuminated by a Rain Round Chandelier over the tub and Hudson Valley Mill Valley sconces at the vanity, enhancing the luxurious ambiance.
The guest bathroom became a serene escape, featuring a Restoration Hardware Bezier floating vanity with an Italian Calacatta Marble countertop, paired with a Brizo Invari faucet in Luxe Gold. The shower showcases Porcelanosa Canal Roma Noce wall tiles installed vertically, with Porcelanosa Paradise Arrow Blanco mosaic tiles on the floor, curb, and niche. A Brizo Invari multi-function showerhead in Luxe Gold completes the look. The vanity is lit by a Light Factory Petite Glass Bubble Pendant with a clear glass shade and gold leather cord, adding a touch of elegance.
Throughout the remodel, we preserved the existing flooring in the foyer and dining room, ensuring a seamless integration with the updated spaces. Every detail, from the Porcelanosa tiles to the Brizo fixtures, was carefully chosen to create a polished, high-end aesthetic. This project exemplifies how thoughtful design, premium materials, and expert craftsmanship can transform a luxury condo into a timeless, functional sanctuary that aligns with the client’s lifestyle.
