Luxury Condo Remodel Scottsdale

Whole Condo Remodel

Our recent luxury condo remodel Scottsdale project elevated a dated unit with premium finishes, clean lines, and smarter storage. The owner wanted a sophisticated yet practical space; therefore, we unified design choices across the kitchen and two bathrooms, using top brands and durable materials.

Kitchen Highlights

First, we installed a Kraus satin‑finish sink with integrated accessories. Next, we paired it with Calacatta Idillio countertops that feature waterfall ends at the peninsula. Additionally, custom Tafisa Stargazer doors replaced old cabinetry, and a new pull‑out trash cabinet took the compactor’s place. Finally, Anthology Seasons Frost tiles in an offset layout add subtle texture to the backsplash.

Primary Bath Retreat

In the primary bath, a Signature Hardware oval soaking tub sits beneath a Rain Round chandelier. Meanwhile, a Brizo Litze tub filler complements Durango Bone wall tile and Porcelanosa Paradise Arrow Blanco mosaics on the shower floor and niche. Moreover, a double floating vanity from Restoration Hardware topped with Viatera Minuet quartz completes the spa feel.

Guest Bath Upgrade

Similarly, the guest bath features a Restoration Hardware Bezier floating vanity and an Italian Calacatta marble top. Porcelanosa Canal Roma Noce wall tiles run vertically, while Paradise Arrow Blanco mosaics accent the floor and niche. Furthermore, Luxe Gold Brizo Invari fixtures and a glass‑bubble pendant add warmth and elegance.

Consistent Flooring

We preserved the existing foyer and dining‑room floors to tie original areas into the new design; as a result, the Luxury condo remodel Scottsdale reads as one cohesive home.

Result

Overall, thoughtful planning, best‑in‑class materials, and expert craftsmanship turned this condo into a timeless sanctuary that perfectly matches the client’s lifestyle.
