A couple in desperate need of more space due to hosting events in their home reached out to the ArDan team. ArDan took on the project and assisted the couple in crafting an open concept that would fit their lifestyle.

Before, the dining room was sunken, an irritating wall separated the entry from the living room, and the kitchen needed a facelift. The ArDan team came in, demolished the wall, filled the dining room step-down, demolished the kitchen, and removed the brick and walls from the fireplace. In order to move the wall, two beams needed to be installed to support the ceiling. Additionally, new cabinets were to be installed, as well as the island.

In the end, the finished product is magnificent. The couple not only got the open concept they desired, they also received a kitchen with brand-new finishes, and finishes that command any visitor’s attention. Per usual, our team had fun with the project, put the ArDan touch on it, and delivered the superior experience our clients have come to expect.
