The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) of Greater Phoenix named ArDan Construction in Scottsdale, AZ, 2024 Contractor of the Year (CotY) winner in the Residential Bathroom $100,000 – $1,500,000 category and Best in Show in its annual awards competition. (We won this last year as well in the Residential Interior category!)

This petite ensuite bathroom transformed into a grand radiant retreat, rivaling the luxury hotels of their world travels. Our client loved to travel the world and wanted their bathroom to be like one you might find in Paris or Dubai. Modascapes Interior Design created a dramatic entrance featuring an opulent two-person tub surrounded by luxurious, clean white surfaces and glimmers of gold. We faced many challenges since the home was in a high-rise building, but we were able to make adjustments hand-in-hand with the designer.
