This was a shell building that we took from scratch, through the design process with ModaScapes. We added offices, a conference room, a break room, and Zoom meeting rooms. The barn doors are installed with hidden hardware. With an open ceiling detail in the bullpen area, we created an open work environment for collaboration and creative work to happen between the different aspects of the business.
