Every relationship with ArDan starts the same way: a short phone consultation, about 20 minutes, with one of our knowledgeable team members. No one visits your home at this stage. It’s just a conversation, over the phone, about your project, your priorities, and whether we’re a good fit for each other.
If that call goes well and you’d like to move forward, we’ll schedule an in-home consultation, and we’ll be clear with you well in advance about when that’s happening and who’s coming. You will always know which kind of appointment you’re getting. We’ll never leave that ambiguous.

Not right away. Every inquiry starts with a free 20-minute phone consultation, just a conversation over the phone. An in-home consultation only happens afterward, if we both agree it’s a good next step, and we’ll always confirm the date and time clearly in advance. In-home consultations are free.

Yes. It’s a straightforward conversation about your project and priorities, with no pressure and no commitment required.
How quickly will someone respond to my inquiry?

What should I have ready before the phone consultation?
Inspiration photos, rough measurements, and a general sense of your budget comfort level all help, but none of it is required. The call is really just a conversation to understand your project and see if we’re a good fit.
