ArDan Construction is a design-build remodeling firm founded in 2007 by brothers Aaron and Danny Niemela, and we’re looking for people who share the same commitment to integrity, craftsmanship, and doing the job right the first time.

Direction of Operations
Produces and coordinates all aspects of every construction project ArDan undertakes.
Project Manager
Manages jobs by upholding our company culture, working hand in hand with subcontractors and employees to deliver a clean,
professional finish on every project.
Superintendent
Oversees day-to-day work on-site from start to finish, keeping the job site clean and safe while managing subcontractors and laborers.
Demo and Painting Foreman
Dedicated crews on our team that perform demo and painting work across a range of remodeling projects.
Apprentice
Learns new construction skills and builds real knowledge with every unique remodeling project.
Purchaser Shop Lead
Provides all necessary materials and supplies on time and on budget for every job, while maintaining the ArDan shop’s stock and upkeep.
