Since 2007, we’ve refined the same process on every project: transparent communication, real professionalism, and quality you don’t have to take on faith.

Step 1 : In-House Consultation
After an initial phone call, we spend about an hour and a half at your home, learning your priorities and talking through real budget ranges, not vague estimates.

Step 2: Feasibility & Design
Before you commit to a full design and permitting package, we draw up preliminary designs, talk to the city about permitting, and investigate your HOA’s requirements, along with high-level pricing for the overall project, so you know what’s realistic before investing further. Once your initial design, scope, and budget are established, we bring in our interior design team and prepare your construction documents for permitting. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a fully designed project submitted to the city for permits, along with a full visual walkthrough of your new space.

Step 3: Production
Once you sign your proposal, you’re assigned a dedicated Project Manager and on-site Superintendent who handles scheduling, subcontractors, and material purchasing. Construction begins, and your project starts taking real shape.

A dedicated team. One Project Manager owns your project from signed proposal to final walkthrough.
