This stunning luxury condo with a view is a second home for the client. The old kitchen and finishes were not what the client wanted as they were done by a prior owner and the color and design coordination clashed and did not work well together. Using designs by our partners at ModaScapes Interior Design, the ArDan team took the old bar style sitting at the island and cut it down to one level, replaced all the cabinets with new Mirlux cabinets, and reused the existing appliances and glass doors at the dry bar area. The powder and laundry room also got redone with the same style and product. The biggest challenge was the existing wallpaper could not be damaged, repaired, or replaced, and was the focus of our careful planning and execution. ArDan & ModaScapes were able to deliver the look and design the client wanted with no damage to the existing flooring and wallpaper. The results of this luxury condo remodel are a beautiful modern, minimalist design in a penthouse in beautiful Arizona with fantastic views of the valley and nearby golf course.
